As the owner and Personal Chef of Fati’s Kitchen my approach is to treat my clients like family. When cooking for loved ones, I can't help but go beyond culinary technique and prepare meals from the heart. I can only hope the fare that I leave for my clients will not only appeal to the palate, but to our collective memory of what good food awakens in us; memories of home, fireplace, loving parents and grandparents - the joy of being taken care of.
As a Fati’s Kitchen client, you will experience dishes that are inspired and influenced by the generosity and hospitality of Middle East and Mediterranean Cooking and culture.
I also love baking both sweet and savory cakes. I have explored the diverse baking interests of Turkey (where my husband comes from) I have had numerous long holidays there. I continue to discover new ideas and flavors through places I visit and reading I thoroughly enjoy. I have no formal training. My experience and knowledge comes from being in the kitchen all the time and reading, trying new recipes and improving them according to our taste.
